How to Connect:

• STEP 1 : You must schedule an appointment,  You will then receive an email and must confirm the appointment. (green CONFIRM button in email).  If you do NOT CONFIRM, there is NO appointment set.
• Step 2:  After confirming your appointment, you will receive a 2nd confirmation email with an “OnPatient” link, and will be auto-directed to the secure Onpatient site to login OR create an account and register (First time users).
• Step 3:  Login to your OnPatient account and fill out needed forms (otherwise you will spend time filling them out at the office).
• Step 4:  IF you Need to CANCEL your appointment you can do so from the email sent to you.

Our patient portal is a secure online resource where patients can access their health records and pay outstanding bills. The name of our patient portal is OnPatient.

Through the OnPatient portal, you can:

• Fill out any paperwork before your appointment to make checking in easier.  (This is mandatory to save both you and Dr. Tijerino time at the office)
• View your upcoming appointments and check-in online.
• Schedule and cancel appointments from your computer or mobile device
• Access your lab record
• View statements and pay online
